To create a personal account:   1. Create a personal Account.   2. The account will be activated by SportsDues   3. In the control Panel under "PAYMENT OPTIONS", select     Add Funds To Your Account   4. Fill out the form. You must factor in a rate of 3.25% and a minimum balance of $10.   5. Once funds have been added, select: "Send Money" on the left menu bar.   6. In the Recipients Email address, enter:  azmhvbc@hotmail.com   7.
